I recently stayed at an amazing 4-star hotel that offered exceptional comfort and top-notch services. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was situated in a quiet neighborhood, maintaining a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards me and my young children. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our time here. The room amenities were excellent, including everything from heating and air conditioning to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing sleep, and the terrace provided a lovely area to enjoy the beautiful view. the hotel's attention to detail and focus on guest comfort made my experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel was quietly located in pleasant suurroundings. It was very clean beautifully designed with helpful staff. It was very convenient for the British Army Garrison near by, language was not a problem as a lot of the staff spoke English. We look forward to returning in the future.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was excellent, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's key location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the Christmas festivities. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. we had a wonderful experience during our Christmas stay.

The location is great, just a short walk to Heinz Nixdorf and close to supermarkets and a restaurant with delicious breakfast options.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It felt like coming home. The room was unusually spacious and brand new in feel. Bath room ws great. Fresh, big, well equipped. The food was traditional German cooking done with exceptionally good raw materials and cooked to perfection. One of my better culinary experiences in Germany!

The bed had a plastic under-sheet which made my sleep hot and uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking available and within walking distance of restaurants in the town.

The early morning noise from the housekeeping staff, who were quite loud and seemed to forget that guests were still sleeping. it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, although there was a mini bar available.

The hotel was just immaculate! The reception was efficient and courteous, the presentation if corridors and decor was detailed, modern and clean. The room was well presented and consistent with everything else. The bathroom was well appointed, modern, surgically clean and a pleasure to use. The dining facilities offered high quality cuisine and excellent value for money - and ll for less than £100 per night (double room). Outstanding value for money and highly recommended.

The breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. the location of the hotel is comfortable. - the staff is friendly and welcoming. - the hotel is conveniently situated near restaurants, a nearby castle called Schloss Neuhaus, shops, and the town center, all within walking distance.
